Operating rules for multipurpose furnace production line
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Connect the control voltage on and the inverter power on.
3. After the system starts, open the fan in the rear chamber, the oil agitator automatically rotates, the fan in the front chamber automatically rotates, and the oil cooling pump is started.
4. Comprehensive inspection of all mechanical actions (lifting platform. Middle door. Push zipper running; Circulating fan. Stability and noise of oil mixing) is normal, handle abnormal situations in time to ensure normal operation of equipment.
5. Connect the heating control to open, control the room temperature after starting, and heat according to the heating curve of the multi-purpose furnace.
6. Start fuel tank heating. After the oil temperature reaches the set value, check whether the quenching oil level reaches the standard oil level height. If the oil level is too low, the quenching oil should be added in time to make the oil level reach the required height.
Note: The quenching oil level is subject to the slow stirring of the oil mixer.
7. When heating, check whether the gas supply pressure of the gas distribution system is normal to ensure the normal gas supply of the equipment. After 400℃, a small amount of nitrogen should be used to protect the interior parts of the rear chamber furnace.
8. Open the stop valve of the exhaust gas burner, press the exhaust gas ignition button to ignite the exhaust gas burner, check whether the burner is stable, open the stop valve of the front door fire curtain, press the red indicator light on the flame controller, close the front door after burning, open the front door again after the front room is ventilated, observe whether the fire curtain and the front door interlock are normal, and whether the front room high pressure nitrogen is normal. Whether the front room ventilation time is correctly executed. When closing the front door, check that the furnace pressure is normal. In general, a nitrogen flow rate of about 3m3/h should reach a furnace pressure of about 240pa.
9. After the temperature of the rear chamber of the multi-purpose furnace reaches more than 800 ° C, light the exhaust gas burner according to the exhaust gas ignition, connect the gas supply to open, and start the gas supply. The gas supply is calculated at methanol 3L/h and nitrogen 3.3m3/h. Pay attention to the initial gas supply, generally do not supply gas below 800 ° C. When the temperature is too low, the reliable ignition of the vent of the middle door cannot be guaranteed.
10. When the flame from the exhaust hole of the middle door is stable at about 250mm, light the fire curtain of the front door and close the front door. If the flame is too small or unstable, the air supply can be appropriately increased before closing the door.
11. After the furnace pressure in the back chamber is stable, check whether the pressure in the furnace is normal again, and then carry out air infiltration according to the air infiltration process.
Note: The front door can only be closed after the flames from the exhaust hole of the middle door are stable, otherwise there is a risk of explosion, causing serious equipment damage and serious personal injury.
