What are the operating norms for a Multi-purpose furnace production line
What are the operating norms for a multi-purpose furnace production line? The following is an introduction from the multi-purpose furnace manufacturer
Furnace start-up operation:
Before starting the equipment each time, a thorough inspection of all components must be carried out. Damage to structural components can lead to operational failures and significant damage.
Preparation:
The furnace door must be in the open position.
Install the removed red elbow pipe properly;
Check the reserves of the process medium;
Check the nitrogen storage;
Start the furnace
Connect the power supply. 2. Connect "Control Voltage on" and "Inverter Power on".
3. After the system has started up completely, turn on the rear chamber fan, set the oil agitator to automatic, turn the front chamber fan to automatic, and start the oil cooling pump.
4. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all mechanical operations (the operation of the lifting platform, the middle door, and the zipper puller); Check whether the operation stability and noise of the circulating fan and oil stirring are normal. Deal with abnormal situations in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
5. Connect "Heating Control On", start the post-chamber temperature control, and heat up according to the Multi-purpose furnace heating curve.
6. Start the oil tank heating. After the oil temperature reaches the set value, check whether the quenching oil level has reached the standard oil level height. If the oil level is too low, add quenching oil in time to make the oil level reach the required height.
Note: The oil level of the quenching oil should be determined by the slow stirring of the oil stirrer.
7. While heating up, check whether the gas supply pressure of each part in the gas distribution system is normal to ensure the normal gas supply to the equipment. After reaching 400℃, a small amount of nitrogen should be introduced to protect the components inside the rear chamber furnace.
8. Open the stop valve of the exhaust gas burner, press the "Exhaust Gas Ignition" button to ignite the exhaust gas burner, and check if the burner is working stably. Open the stop valve of the front door fire curtain, press the red indicator light on the flame controller, close the front door after the fire curtain burns, and open the front door again after the ventilation in the front chamber is completed. Observe whether the interlock between the fire curtain and the front door is normal and whether the high-pressure nitrogen filling in the front chamber operates normally. Whether the ventilation time in the anteroom is correctly executed. While closing the front door, it is necessary to check whether the furnace pressure is normal. Generally, a nitrogen flow rate of about 3 m ³ /h should be able to achieve a furnace pressure of about 240Pa.
