Structural design
Heating system: It adopts the heating method of low voltage transformer plus radiant tubes. The radiant tubes are installed vertically. This design greatly extends the service life of the radiant tubes and also makes maintenance and replacement more convenient.
The furnace is divided into four zones: Each zone is equipped with a powerful circulating fan and a muffle, which divides the heating chamber into independent areas to ensure uniform atmosphere in each zone, which is conducive to improving the consistency of tempering treatment.
The conveyor device: The mesh belt conveyor of the heating furnace adopts the synchronous drive of the Muffle roller type, which operates smoothly and stably. Even if the speed is adjusted to a very low level, there will be no crawling phenomenon. Tempering uses idlers to support the mesh belt, which can effectively reduce the tensile force of the mesh belt and increase its service life.
Bearing cooling: The idler bearings of the heating furnace adopt a water-cooled structure to extend the service life of the bearings. The roller bearings of the Tempering furnace use a special air-cooling device, without the need for a water-cooling sleeve. It has a simple structure, high reliability and is easy to maintain.
Temperature control: The SCR power regulator PID continuous control is adopted, which features high temperature control accuracy and good stability, avoiding the impact of the contactor on-off control ON the radiant tubes and power grid.
Working principle: When the UZ series tempering furnace is in operation, parts that have undergone quenching or other treatments are placed inside the furnace. Through the heating system, the temperature inside the furnace is raised to the set tempering temperature, which is usually between 150℃ and 950℃. During the tempering process, the internal structure of the part undergoes transformation, eliminating quenching stress, stabilizing the structure, enhancing toughness and plasticity, and improving the overall performance of the part. Meanwhile, the powerful circulating fans inside the furnace make the atmosphere uniform, ensuring that all parts of the components are heated evenly, thus achieving high-quality tempering treatment.
Performance characteristics
Energy-saving and highly efficient: The heating furnace is controlled in 4 zones and adopts SCR power regulator PID continuous control, which can precisely control the temperature inside the furnace, avoid energy waste and save electricity.
High temperature control accuracy: The advanced temperature control system ensures high temperature control accuracy, good stability, and small temperature fluctuations, which can guarantee that the parts are in an accurate temperature environment during the tempering process and guarantee the tempering quality.
Good uniformity of atmosphere: Each zone is equipped with a powerful circulation fan and a muffle design, which ensures uniform atmosphere inside the furnace and consistent treatment effects on all parts, enhancing the reliability and stability of the product.
The equipment operates stably: The mesh belt transmission adopts Muverga idler synchronous drive, and the idler bearings are equipped with water cooling or special air cooling devices, which makes the equipment run smoothly and stably, reduces the occurrence of equipment failures, and extends the service life of the equipment.
Convenient operation and maintenance: The vertical installation design of components such as radiant tubes and heaters, as well as the simple structure of the roller bearings of the tempering furnace, make maintenance and component replacement more convenient, reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment.
Application scope: Mainly used for tempering treatment of various medium and small-sized metal parts, such as automotive parts, mechanical processing parts, hardware tools, molds, etc. After undergoing quenching and other treatments, these parts are tempered in the UZ series tempering furnace, which can improve their performance, enhance the hardness, toughness, wear resistance and other properties of the parts, and meet the performance requirements of parts in different industrial fields.
