UZ series tempering furnace maintenance:

The distance between the heating element and the furnace shell is too close, the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, when the temperature is high, the thermal expansion will be generated after the short circuit.

1. Take down the protective cover and check the wiring of the leading rod.

2. Lift the furnace and check the contact position between the leading rod and the heating element.

3. Check that the heat element is too close to the furnace.
