UZ series net belt carburizing (normalizing) furnace Use: used for continuous bright annealing of copper straight pipe (rod), steel pipe, aluminum pipe or disk in a controlled atmosphere.

UZ series net belt carburizing (normalizing) furnace features: the workpiece through continuous preheating, heating, heat preservation, slow cooling, cooling, not limited by length. The transmission adopts the synchronous transmission of roller, frequency conversion speed regulation, stable and reliable. Through the protective atmosphere and strong hot atmosphere circulation, the temperature is uniform, the internal and external surface is very bright. The cooling zone is specially designed to ensure uniform cooling of the workpiece. UZ series net belt carburizing (normalizing) furnace heating method: electric heating or gas heating.

The production line consists of: front roller table, front air exchange chamber, front preheating area, heating furnace, slow cooling area, cooling area (including transition area and strong air cooling area), after the air exchange chamber (including water cooling area) after the roller table material system, computer control system, electrical control system, protective atmosphere device.
