Main features of RHN gas nitriding furnace

The heating room is equipped with a heat-resistant steel Muffle tank, in which an atmosphere circulating fan made of heat-resistant alloy is installed. The high-speed circulating fan draws the atmosphere in the furnace air duct backward, and then reaches the front furnace door along the heating chamber outside the air duct, and returns to the furnace. The furnace gas is heated when passing through the heating chamber.

Round Muffle tank is composed of heat-resistant steel plate welds, and the flange of Muffle tank and the shell flange are fixed together. The special structure design in the furnace ensures that the Muffle tank can be extended freely to the rear when heated to avoid its deformation.

A set of exhaust gas combustion system is installed at the back of the furnace, including ignition nozzle, flame monitor, ring burner and control valve. To ensure the exhaust gas after combustion decomposition. Meet relevant emission standards;

Vacuum system: Faster and cleaner removal of air in the furnace, which can shorten the gas replacement time and save protective gas; In the process of nitriding, if the atmosphere composition in the furnace needs to be changed, a new process atmosphere can be established quickly and accurately by pumping vacuum and then inputting the required gas;

External cooling system: the lower end of the furnace body is provided with cooling air into the pipeline, after the nitriding process is completed, the air can be pumped into the heating chamber of the furnace through the fan to cool the furnace tank and accelerate the cooling speed of the workpiece, and the hot air is discharged through the discharge valve in the upper part of the furnace body;

Internal cooling system: The system is a full vacuum sealed installation, through the special fan to the furnace protection atmosphere into the water cooling heat exchanger, the high temperature gas after cooling water returned to the furnace Muffle tank, directly after nitriding workpiece forced cooling, which can significantly improve the cooling speed of the workpiece, improve production efficiency;
