The basic composition of automatic control device for heat treatment production of multi-purpose furnace
Multipurpose furnace heat treatment automatic control device basically includes three components:
Part is measuring element and transmitter. Its role is to measure the parameters required for the implementation of heat treatment process regulations and product technical requirements, and convert them into signals that the controller can receive.
The second part is the controller (or regulator). It compares the measurement signal sent by the transmitter with the set signal, and calculates the deviation after comparison according to the predetermined law, and then sends the calculation result to the actuator.
The third part is the actuator. According to the control signal issued by the controller, it operates the power supply, gas transmission, mechanical action, etc., to achieve the parameters required by the heat treatment process.
The block diagram of automatic temperature control system of heat treatment furnace is shown. In this closed-loop control system, the controller is a key link, which includes the processing of the measured signal, the comparison between the measured signal and the set value, and the generation of the control quantity. According to the type of controller, the control system can be divided into: conventional control system and computer control system.
