Several experiences in the use of multi-purpose furnace

Many parts of construction machinery products have to go through heat treatment such as carburizing, carbonitriding and bright quenching, which plays a key role in ensuring the quality of the whole machine. Due to the characteristics of controlling furnace temperature and carbon potential, realizing non-oxidation heating and quenching, good process repeatability and wide application range, multi-purpose stoves have been more and more adopted by many thermal treatment plants.

(1) Before opening the furnace, it is necessary to ensure that various gas and liquid reserves meet the specified quantity, and various valves and pipelines have no leakage. If the gas distribution system is found to be working abnormally, the furnace shall not be opened.

(2) During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to observe the ignition and exhaust combustion at any time, monitor whether the electrical appliances, air pressure, furnace temperature, water temperature, oil temperature and gas, liquid flow indicators of each working medium are normal, and deal with problems in time.

(3) Only when the furnace temperature is higher than 760 ° C, the flammable gas and liquid can be passed into the furnace or the atmosphere in the furnace can be cleared, otherwise it will lead to an explosion.

(4) When the furnace temperature is above 150 ° C, the water source and the furnace fan and oil cooling pump shall not be interrupted under any circumstances.

(5) Under normal circumstances, the multi-purpose furnace should ensure continuous operation, as little as possible to stop the furnace, short-term furnace does not cool (800℃ insulation) is also an important experience to keep the equipment less fault.
