Multi-purpose furnace waste gas combustion waste heat utilization

Ten years is the revolutionary stage of China's heat treatment industry into a new era, and the equipment of heat treatment manufacturers at all levels has been unable to meet the technical and quality requirements of modern products, and the equipment is being updated and replaced. Since 2000, the country has only sold more than 100 sets of multi-purpose furnaces every year, and thousands of multi-purpose furnaces are currently in use on the market.

1. Waste gas combustion is a waste of resources

Each multipurpose furnace has an exhaust gas discharge device and an exhaust gas burner. The role of the exhaust gas emission device is to discharge the exhaust gas replaced by the new atmosphere in the furnace, and the role of the ignition nozzle is to fully burn the exhaust gas (mainly CO+H2) into (CO2+H2O), to prevent the poisoning of the atmosphere and the danger of combustion and explosion. Although this technology solves the problem of pollution emissions, few units can use the burner and exhaust heat of long-term combustion, but directly discharged into the atmosphere, and accumulated over the years is not a small waste of energy.
