1. Power on.

2, turn on "control voltage on", "inverter power on".

3. After the system is started, open the fan in the rear chamber, turn the oil agitator to automatic, turn the fan in the front chamber to automatic, and start the oil cooling pump.

4, check the mechanical action (lifting platform, middle door, push zipper operation; The smooth operation and noise of the circulating fan and oil stirring are normal, and the abnormal situation is handled in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

5, turn on the "heating control on", start the chamber temperature control, according to the multi-purpose furnace heating curve.

6, start the nitriding multi-purpose furnace oil tank heating, such as the oil temperature reaches the set value to check whether the quenching oil level reaches the standard oil level height, if the oil level is too low, the quenching oil should be added in time to make the oil level reach the required height.
